Conner brings over a decade of hands-on IT leadership, cybersecurity, and business technology analysis to organizations navigating complex technology challenges. Before joining Quantify, he served as IT Director for Lewis County government, where he rebuilt and modernized the county's entire infrastructure stack, enabled secure remote work across departments, and significantly strengthened its cybersecurity posture.

Earlier in his career, Conner held technology roles at J.P. Morgan Chase, graduating from the firm's Technology Analyst Program and helping launch Chase's YouInvest product. Certified in Cybersecurity and bilingual in English and Spanish, he's known for translating strategy into execution - and he believes the best technology solutions start with understanding the people who depend on them.
